apache+tomcat+ha實現負載均衡時apache起不來（內詳）
在ha啟動apache是不能成功。
手工啟動apache的時候有如下提示：
linux2:~ # /usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl start
httpd: Could not determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 192.80.100.164 for ServerName
linux2:~ # （192.80.100.164是伺服器的ip地址）

看來是不能確定域名啊。。看看dns設置問題
