Linux CLuster Test Engineer Job Description IBM Linux cluster test engineering support to ensure shipment in time; IBM Linux cluster , idata Plex , rack and Data center test process setup, maintenance and improvement; Work with Linux cluster team to get and find testing solution on Linux cluster testing; Provide training for MFG PDP Linux cluster test technician;
Requirements Bachelor degree or above in Computer Engineering/Sciences/application Familiar with IBM server, good IBM server hardware knowledge At least 3 years working experience in IT or system integration Strong analytical/problem solving capabilities with proven network and integration /OS skills Extensive working knowledge in understanding protocols/network/storage such as TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, FTP, DNS, Samba, ssh, SAN. Strong network and OS knowledge in Unix/Linux (RedHat, Suse), router and switch setup (Cisco, SMC), priority goes to applicants with RHCE and CCNP Know about Linux shell and Linux kernel compiling Good English skill, effective communicator with all levels in the organization and with external party and capable of working under pressure Self motivated, passion and good team work
